TradingView Expands Crypto Tools with Coinbase Integration

TradingView has taken another major step forward in the crypto space by fully integrating Coinbase Advanced into its platform, offering users a streamlined experience for both spot and derivatives trading.

With this new integration, traders can now access:

  • Over 550 spot trading pairs — including 237 USDC pairs and 22 stablecoin pairs.

  • More than 100 perpetual futures contracts — covering top assets like Bitcoin and Litecoin as well as a growing list of altcoins.

Users can now place trades directly within the TradingView interface, while enjoying competitive maker fees starting as low as 0.0%.

What it means for Traders

The expansion strengthens TradingView’s position as a one-stop platform for charting, analysis, and execution.
For prop traders, retail investors, and institutions alike, the ability to seamlessly trade both spot and derivative products without leaving the TradingView environment is a significant upgrade.

It also opens more opportunities for those participating in funded crypto trading challenges, as direct access to perpetual futures is often a key requirement in competitive trading programs.

Coinbase Riding the Crypto Wave

The news comes as Coinbase continues to report strong performance, with Q4 2024 revenues hitting $2.27 billion, driven by a resurgent crypto market and improved sentiment following political changes in the United States.

  • Transaction volumes soared to $439 billion for the quarter.

  • Net income and adjusted earnings reached $1.3 billion.

  • Subscription and services revenue grew to $641 million.

Coinbase’s ongoing success, combined with its strong regulatory footprint (CFTC, NFA, NYSDFS, CBI, FCA, BaFin), signals continued growth — and now, with the TradingView partnership, even greater accessibility for crypto traders worldwide.

With crypto markets heating up once again, and platforms racing to offer better tools and integrations, this move from TradingView and Coinbase could be a game-changer for active traders.
