Spotware Rolls Out cBroker 9.5 with Force-Close, 10,000x Leverage & Real-Time Risk Tools

Spotware, the company behind cTrader, has officially launched cBroker 9.5, the latest version of its back-office risk and account management platform for brokers and institutional firms. The update brings enhanced control, flexibility, and operational speed — all aimed at helping brokers respond to fast-moving markets with confidence.

What’s New in cBroker 9.5?

Bulk Force-Close of Positions
Brokers can now instantly close all open trades on a specific account with a single action — ideal for emergency situations, policy breaches, or risk limit enforcement.

Custom Leverage Up to 1:10,000
Managers can assign ultra-high leverage per account, with new options between 6,000 and 10,000x. Useful for aggressive trading models or internal risk segmenting.

Margin Bypass on Balance Operations
The new "skip margin check" tool allows brokers to perform deposits or withdrawals even if an account's balance or margin level is insufficient. This gives teams more flexibility during volatile conditions.

Move Positions Across Books
Open positions can now be moved from Book A to Book B manually — a useful tool for managing liquidity, hedging scenarios, or resolving rejected close orders.

Transfer Settings Across Group Profiles
Admins can replicate commission, leverage, execution, swap-free, and other key parameters across profiles with one click, helping standardize client settings with minimal overhead.

Improved Grid UI
Alternating row shading improves data visibility and reduces eye fatigue when scanning large tables.

Editable Manager Names
Update manager identities in real time directly within the Managers section.

Why It Matters

This release positions cBroker as a critical infrastructure layer for brokers and prop firms scaling fast in volatile markets. The platform gives firms the tools to enforce rules, manage risk reactively, and customize the trading experience down to individual account levels — without developer support.

According to Spotware Product Manager Irina Olyaeva:

"Every feature in this release was designed to make brokerage operations faster, more adaptable, and more precise."
