Prop Firm For Traders Adds Futures Trading Through DXtrade Integration
New Partnership Expands Asset Offering
Challenge-based prop firm For Traders has expanded its trading offering by integrating futures contracts into its simulated trading platform. The move comes through a collaboration with Devexperts, using its DXtrade system, and adds access to US and European futures alongside existing CFDs, spot trading, and swaps.
Advanced Market Access and Tools for Traders
Clients will now benefit from both Level 1 and Level 2 futures market data. The updated platform supports multiple order types, including stop market, stop limit, and trailing stop orders, while also offering real-time performance monitoring and rule compliance features.
According to Jakub Roz, CEO of For Traders, the company aims to stay ahead of the growing demand for simulated trading and provide traders with access to professional tools and broader markets. “This is an important step for For Traders as we add futures trading capabilities to our existing offering,” he said.
Futures Gaining Ground Among Prop Firms
The trend of prop firms introducing futures trading has gained momentum since late 2024. Several firms have already made similar moves, including FundedNext with its FundedNext Futures brand, FundingPips with FundingTicks, and FunderPro, which introduced futures access in November.
For some companies, the addition of futures is seen as a way to operate in more regulated markets and adapt to changing industry conditions, particularly concerning MetaTrader restrictions and U.S. regulatory requirements.
DXtrade Powers the New Integration
Devexperts' DXtrade platform, now used by For Traders, enables seamless integration with existing CRM systems and challenge environments. It also includes tools like trading journals, fractional trading, and advanced charting.
Commenting on the partnership, Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, noted: “Simulated trading firms are increasingly looking beyond CFDs, with a clear trend towards futures trading.”
A Strategic Move in a Competitive Market
With this integration, For Traders joins a growing number of firms actively expanding beyond CFDs and spot trading. As the retail and prop trading landscape continues to evolve, futures may prove to be a key asset class for firms aiming to stay relevant, regulated, and competitive.
