Funded7 Officially Launches, Offering Multiple Challenge Types for Aspiring Traders

The prop trading world just welcomed a new player. Funded7, the newly launched firm founded by former Traders Trust COO Todor Georgiev, has officially opened its doors — and it's looking for traders.

In a post shared via LinkedIn, the firm announced it is actively recruiting trading talent to join its community, offering a variety of challenge models designed to accommodate different experience levels and trading styles.

What’s on the Table?

Funded7 enters the market with a full suite of funding models:

  • One-Phase Challenges

  • Two-Phase Evaluations

  • Instant Funding

This mix signals the firm’s intent to appeal to both conservative, process-oriented traders and more aggressive ones seeking immediate capital access. Details on specific rules, drawdown limits, or profit targets have yet to be disclosed, but the launch positions Funded7 directly among the growing number of firms offering flexible evaluation paths.

“If you are a skilled trader looking for an opportunity to be funded and grow, we encourage you to explore our challenges,” the company wrote.

Timing and Market Context

The launch of Funded7 comes amid a surge of new firms entering the prop space — often led by executives from traditional finance and brokerage. Just recently, Georgiev stepped down from his role at CySEC-licensed Traders Trust to establish Funded7, joining a list of other former FX leaders now transitioning into proprietary trading.

With increased competition, scrutiny, and demand from traders globally, Funded7’s structure and positioning will be closely watched in the coming months.

Prop Insider will continue to follow Funded7’s journey — from trader recruitment to platform rollout — as it enters a prop space that’s becoming more competitive, more transparent, and more regulated by the day.
